Making time
Every item is made to order. Most orders are ready in under 5 working days from when we receive your payment and your photo or wording.
Delivery
Tick the courier option for delivery with protective packaging: R80, or R150 for the large A2 and A1 canvas sizes (door-to-door). Local customers can leave it unticked and arrange collection on WhatsApp. We confirm courier timing with you on WhatsApp.
Returns and refunds
Because every item is personalised, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive it, with photos, and we will make it right.
Payment
Payments are made in South African rand on Yoco's secure payment page. Woodkings Decor never sees or stores your card details.
